Freddie's Loft - Antoinette's Apartments & Suites

A charming and cozy loft suite called Freddie's Loft.   Located on the 3rd/top floor, this suite is a large loft with 1 & 1/2 bedrooms and an additional living area. It sleeps up to 3 people. NOTE: Per our City of Cape May ordinance, all children including infants are included in the count of 3. No exceptions. Guests should be physically able to climb safely up/down the 3 flights of stairs to enter the loft apartment. The ceilings are a bit low, please watch your head . The space As you enter at the top of the stairs, you will see a open living space with a couch, TV/dvd player and a kitchen area with a sink and a dishwasher. Off this kitchen area is a bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a bathtub with a shower seat.   If you go to the front of the suite there is an open living space with sofa bed, small dining table, and a sleeping loft with a full-size bed.  At the rear of the suite, there are two twin beds with a sewing area used by the innkeeper. Guest access Guests can access our extensive DVD and board game collection, borrow bikes and beach chairs, beach carts and umbrellas. Can use our common outside shower during the summer and fall months.. Other things to note Note: We follow guidelines of our local fire department for occupancy for 3rd floor loft is up to 3 people including all children. During Spring/Fall/Winter: -- Minimum stay: 2 nights, 3 nights on holiday weekends. -- Linens/towels are provided for stays up to 3 nights. For 4 or more nights During bring your own sheets and towels. Summer: We offer weekly rentals as well as 3 and 4 nights partial weeks. If you want to stay on a Saturday night, 4 nights are a minimum.
