Beach Block 1 Bed/2 Bath Updated Condo Great Spot!

Great Ship Bottom location! Ocean side/beach block - no streets to cross to get to the beach. 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo on 2nd floor. Coffee station, 65" TV in living room; 40" TV in bedroom. WiFi/ethernet, 5 beach badges included with reservation, 2 outside showers with changing areas, & coin operated washer/dryer on premises. Maximum occupancy of 5 - queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofabed & twin size sofabed in living room. RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The space The bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a second bathroom off of the living room for guests using the sofa beds. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with an ice maker. Electric oven/stove with an over the range microwave. Coffee station w/toaster area. Laminate flooring throughout except bathrooms which have tiled floors. Shower stalls in both bathrooms. Guest access Owner provides blankets and pillows. Guests must bring sheets & pillow cases, blankets and towels (beach & bath). Guests may also choose to rent linens if preferred/requested Our cleaning service will also sanitize all surfaces during changeover periods. Guests have access to private condo and shared common areas including laundry room, lobby, backyard and outdoor showers. Other things to note 4 beach badges are included with the reservation. Children under the age of 14, Military Veterans and Active Duty Service Men and Women do not need beach badges. COVID-19 cleaning/sanitizing protocols are followed by my cleaning service during changeovers. Staircase to 2nd floor may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
