NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bed/2 bath home very centrally located near I-210 within minutes of Casinos & Downtown. Pet friendly! Fenced in dog yard, XL dog house & dog bed for inside ($125 non-refundable pet fee). Comfortably accommodates 6 guests, but can also work for up to 10 guests with 2 living areas that can each be closed off & made private for sleeping with floor air mattresses & couch. Are you a business traveler? Business center available with a computer, printer and supplies for your use. KITCHEN Large Kitchen/Dining area features brand new cabinets that are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. Large dining table that can fit 8-10 chairs. Breakfast food items, as well as coffee, tea, snacks and bottled water are also available for you. LAUNDRY Full size washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. BEDROOMS There are 3 bedrooms, each with Queen size beds. One bedroom has private access to a bathroom which can be locked from the hall. There are also 2 inflatable queen size air mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations. Bedrooms have large closets with irons and ironing boards in each. Each bedroom has a keyed lock on the door if you are sharing the house with others. BATHROOMS Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, blow dryer, and other toiletries in case you forgot something. OFFICE/BUSINESS CENTER We have a fully available business center with computer, calculator, printer, office supplies and letter and legal size paper. GUEST ACCESS This property is a full-time nightly rental. You will have access to the entire house and yard. You can park right at your back door. There are 3 parking spaces behind the house under the carport as well as additional parking in the front and back. Keypad on back and front doors for your easy access. There is also a security system with temporary codes assigned so you can set the alarm if you choose. I do have a an office located off the carport that I work out of weekdays between 10:00 - 4:00, but if you rent the house you will have 100% privacy as the office has a separate entrance. PET FRIENDLY There is an inside pet bed stored under one of the beds. There is also a fenced in pet area with a dog house in the back. Prior approval MUST be given before you bring your pet!! There is a $125 non-refundable pet fee. Service animals are always welcome with no prior approval (but be courteous and let me know ahead of time please) and no additional cost, but it MUST be an actual trained and certified service animal. I am very open to having pets stay here, so please don't try and pass your pet off as service animal, no matter how well behaved and sweet they might be. Just get the prior approval. It's easy peasy!! OTHER THINGS OF NOTE Everything inside has been newly renovated since is sustained substantial damage from Hurricane Laura. New cabinets, flooring, ceilings, walls, some furnishings, etc. If you have any other questions about the amenities we offer, please do not hesitate to ask. We would like to accommodate your travel needs as much as possible. If you would like early check-in and late check-out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. House Rules: No Smoking or vaping inside home. No parties. Pets are welcome but must be approved ahead of time and require a $125 pet fee. You must clean up after your pet. Check in is at 3 pm unless otherwise approved. Check out is 11 am. Please put all soiled linens and towels in laundry area. Please put dishes in dishwasher and turn on. Please empty all trash and place in the outside green trash bins. You have access to the entire house and property. I have a private office off the carport area that I use Monday-Friday usually from approximately 10:00 - 4:00. The office has a private entrance and doesn't interfere with the house at all. Bedroom closets are available for guests’ use. Hall closets are locked owner closets used for storage. If you need anything that will make your stay more comfortable please call or text me and I will make every effort to accommodate your needs. This is a mixed residential/commercial area very conviently located in the middle of Lake Charles. There are businesses on each side of the house. They are both quiet business (Insurance Agent and Healthcare Equipment). They operate M-F 8:00-5:00 and are closed on the weekends. There are houses on either side of those businesses. We are within walking and short driving distances of many fantastic restaurants, Prien Lake Mall, Cinemark movie theater, public library, bowling, Putt-Putt and many other places. We are approximately 2 miles from our downtown area, Civic Center and Lakefront. If the casinos are in your plans, Golden Nugget and L'Auberge are approximately 2 miles away with easy access on and off of I-210. Lake Charles is a driving town. However, we do have public transportation if needed. There is a bus stop about a block down from this property. PETS I AM VERY PET FRIENDLY! ALL I ASK IS THAT PRIOR APPROVAL MUST BE REQUESTED AND RECEIVED BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR PET!! There is a $125 non-refundable pet fee. Service animals are always welcome with no prior approval and no additional cost, but it MUST be an actual trained and certified service animal. (If you could let me know in advance that they will be here it will be greatly appreciated). I am very open to having pets stay here, so please don't try and pass your pet off as service animal, no matter how well behaved and sweet they might be. If I see a pet here that has not received prior approval and does not have the proper credentials as a service dog, you will be asked to leave, and you will you lose your reservation money. Just get the prior approval. It's easy peasy!! There is an inside dog bed stored under the bed of the front bedroom. Food and water bowls are in the upper cabinet to the right of the sink in the kitchen. There is also a fenced in pet area with a doghouse in the backyard. We are not responsible if your pet escapes. It is ultimately your responsibility for your pet's safety.
