Air conditioning and outdoor shower. The space The sunset view alone makes this house special. Play yard games or relax and enjoy the wide open views. Guest access Enjoy the porch, deck, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and bedrooms. Outside, take advantage of the yard and dock. It's a great spot to launch a kayak if you have one. You can also rent kayaks nearby. At the end of the street, there's a public beach in easy walking distance. Afterward enjoy the large outdoor shower. There's a large flat screen smart TV available in the living room with standard apps. Other things to note There is a private apartment in the upstairs of this house. It has a separate entrance. The driveway has spaces available for 2 cars parked in a line. Its a perfect place for bringing and using bikes or kayaks. We do not offer bikes or kayaks. We're pleased to offer both a K Cup brewer and a traditional coffee maker. Remember to bring the coffee; we have plenty of filters for your use. There are some beach chairs available for use, but bring beach towels.
