This unit has been minimalistically remodeled to a modern beach/farmhouse feeling, located on the 6th floor facing south with gorgeous Ocean, Sunset and (Fridays) Firework Views. This is a large 1 bedroom corner unit includes an adjustable king bed, queen size pull out sofa, twin air mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, laminate floors, and bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with full size range/oven, microwave and ice maker+filtered water refrigerator. Also equipped with cookware , eating and drinking ware. Also fully equipped bar with different drink glasses, mixer utensils, and ice bucket. Laundry room is located on the 8th floor- pay by app/credit card. There is parking in the building for a low cost of about $30 per day or early birds special cash for 10hrs. There is also lots of street parking for about $1.00 per hour. The door code and instructions will be given upon booking unit. We do not charge resort fees. A deposit is required for registered service animals. This building is perfectly located in Waikiki, just a block from wide, sandy beach area, close to major hotels- Hilton Hawaiian Village and Shopping Ala Moana. Many Local/ International eateries just outside the building. We just bought a portable Crib!!!
