The unit is the second and third floor of a beautiful, recently renovated Oceanfront property. It includes three bedrooms and a loft (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, plus pull out couch), two full granite bathrooms, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite, dining room with handmade solid walnut table, work station, living room with leather sofas, granite bar with wine refrigerator and gas fireplace, outdoor gazebo dining room, large roof top deck, outdoor showers, grilling area, and parking for 3 vehicles. Bottom unit also available for rent. Perfect for 6 adults (plus two children who don't mind sleeping in the loft). Guests will have full access to the second and third floors of the duplex including the gazebo and rooftop deck. Access to the grill, outdoor showers, and laundry machine will be shared with the bottom unit. To enter the unit, park on the left side on the pavers and walk around back and up the stairs. Do not park in the 2 spaces on the right side near the trash cans. They belong to the downstairs unit. We manage this property from afar but our handyman is nearby. Just send us a message if you need anything. Barnegat Light is a quaint, fishing village, peaceful, quiet, and the best beaches around. It is located on Long Beach Island, 45 minutes from Atlantic City and an 1 1/2 hours from Philadelphia. This is the ideal place for a cozy getaway and time with loved ones with access to the beach and bay. There are plenty of great restaurants, cute shops, amusement and water park, miniature golf, bike rentals, boating and deep sea fishing excursions, and other attractions including the Barnegat Lighthouse and Viking Village. Best to get around by vehicle for longer trips/errands and on foot for beach access. Wide roads safe for walking/exercise. House is located at the entrance to the 25th Street beach with the best waves, and lifeguards. Plenty of great restaurants, bars and activities. Please ask if you want suggestions. You may want to pick up groceries before you cross the bridge since there are only a few small markets. Shower towels are provided but bring your own beach towels. We have plenty of beach toys and boogie boards, and a few umbrellas but you should bring your own beach chairs. We have chairs but they are rusting. Special requests will be considered for those traveling by air.
