Private road with very little traffic off season. No access to private beaches in the immediate area but public ones are within a mile. Bike path nearby (11 miles). Covid closures are affecting libraries, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended places to eat within a short walk: Pie in the Sky, Coffee Obsession; Water Street Kitchen, great restaurant; Shuckers, raw bar. Public Library nearby. 5 minute walk from ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and Peter Pan Bus Terminal with service to Boston, Logan Airport, Providence and New York City. Convenient direct bus to/from Logan (2 hours). All utilities and wifi included in price. Driveway area has space for parking 2 cars. NOTE: The driveway is also used as a pass-thru for the next door neighbor to access the back of their garage area.
