The house is vacant during guest stay but some rooms are excluded. Smart entry key issued to you for the duration of your stay.! For guests safety we have surveillance cameras in the common areas. Guests can use the pool starting in June until end of August, must wear pool badge at all times, $50 fee if badge is lost! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a unique virtual key or Use keypad with personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Designated parking spot in front of the unit’s garage.
