All of the sheets, blankets and comforters are new! The kitchen is equipted with all that you would need for a comfortable long stay. There is a deck off of the dining room that has bench seating for entertaining and the side yard is perfect for outdoor fun. There is an outdoor non enclosed shower to rinse off after a day in the sand or kayaking. Full size washer and dryer is onsite. Public boat launch right at the harbor, less than one mile away. The guests have the all of the living spaces in the home as well as the beautiful yard. We are completely accessible to all guests if they need us. It can be home related, area questions or any other topics about their stay. We want you to enjoy all Cohasset and all our home has to offer. We are 2/10 mile from the down town area. So much to do and see there. Cohasset harbor is a 4/10 mile walk where there are restaurants, a sailing and yacht club and an active lobster pound. You can walk right up and buy your dinner ! (We can supply you with pots and lobster crackers if requested). Very close is the train, grocery stores, liquor stores, many restaurants and the MBTA commuter boat that goes into Boston and the surrounding islands. We would highly recommend a car and if possible bikes. It is a beautiful town to explore. Perhaps a good pair of walking shoes/sneakers. There is a shop OSI in town that rents bikes, paddle boards, kayaks etc.. There is a floor plan of each level of the house for guests to become familiar with in the photos.
