Living & Kitchen: • Relax on the large blue sectional sofa in the living area. • Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. • In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 6): • Bedroom 1: A serene turquoise room with a comfortable Queen bed. • Bedroom 2: A cozy room with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. • Living Room: A Full-size pullout sofa bed. Amenities for a Perfect Stay: • High-speed WiFi for streaming and remote work. • Smart Roku TV with access to NewsOn & Peacock (no cable). • Wall A/C unit to keep you cool. • Beach essentials provided for your trip to the shore. (2 beach chairs & 1 small cooler) • Board games, children's books, and toys for entertainment. • Fresh linens and towels are included. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire first-floor apartment, including all its amenities. • Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless arrival with our smart lock keyless entry system. • Shared Outdoor Spaces: You are welcome to use the small wraparound deck, the shared gas grill for cookouts, and the convenient hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Guest access The whole downstairs apartment and it's appliances are yours to use. Includes TV, internet and WiFi access. There is a small wraparound deck for the first floor and one off street parking spot located on the right hand side of the driveway. Other things to note • Check-In/Out: Check-in is via smart lock. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we will message you if the unit is ready sooner. We cannot accommodate late check-outs to ensure the unit is perfectly prepared for our next guests. • TV & Internet: The apartment is equipped with a Smart Roku TV for you to log into your favorite streaming services. There is no cable TV. High-speed WiFi is included. • Security: For your safety and security, an exterior Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front door. It records both audio and video but is not actively monitored. • Larger Groups: Traveling with more than 6 people? The entire duplex (both units) can be rented to sleep up to 12 guests. This is a great option for travel nurses, corporate housing, or those relocating.
