The space Our condo is an end unit with soaring cathedral ceiling. Totally renovated in July, 2014, it has a beautiful white carpet, completely redone bathroom with new tile, cabinet and granite countertop, kitchenette with new tile, cabinets and granite countertops, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, portable two burner electric cooktop, full set of pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The studio has a new kingsize Tempurpedic mattress, 40 inch flat screen TV, rattan love seat and chair with beautiful Hawaiian print, and plenty space to stretch out. The lanai is surrounded by a lovely bamboo grove and beautiful Hawaiian plantings. A table, chairs and umbrella affords a lovely setting for those al fresco meals. The pool, hot tub and barbecue area right across from us is very convenient. Beach gear includes snorkel equipment, boogie board, mats, chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler. High speed wifi is included, as is parking. A keyless lock system gives entry to guests at all times of day and night without worrying about losing keys. Guest access Grand Champions is a lovely condo development. Lush tropical foliage is found throughout the campus. Two newly renovated pool areas complete with hot tub and barbecues are available for guests. Located in the middle of the Wailea Blue Golf Course, ours is a quiet tropical getaway, away from the heavy traffic, yet only a two minute drive from beaches, restaurants, golf, tennis and the two mile "boardwalk" following the ocean shore. Other things to note Though we prefer opening the sliding door and windows and having the ceiling fan on, the studio is air conditioned. Stays of less than three days will only be accepted to fill gaps of that length on our calendar or when arriving or departing on the same day as another party departs or arrives.
