The apartment is on the 3rd floor, full kitchen, full bath, living room with 55-inch LCD TV, 2 bedrooms (bdrm 1 - queen size bed; bdrm 2 - 3 single fold up beds). Shared entry through the house. Apartment is 10 min walk to the train station with direct line to South Station. Bus stop (bus 59), right outside the house. Apartment is an easy 15 min drive to the heart of Boston, about 18 min to Boston Logan airport. One parking spot is included (no cars larger than minivan please). The space You’ll love staying here! Quiet house near a creek, about 2 minutes walk from Boston marathon route, 7-10 min walk to restaurants, cafes, train. Other things to note Your apartment is private, however entry is through our house to the 3rd floor. We love our 1900 Victorian house - it is well preserved and remodeled and full of character. Come and enjoy old Boston beauty with us, but we ask please no parties/college parties. Thank you!
