Our classic French Quarter home boasts high ceilings and great light. Located on a calm street, steps away from Louis Armstrong Park, Jackson Square, shops, galleries, the streetcar. Please message with me first. I respond very quickly. The space Our building was updated beautifully to offer modern comfort while keeping its historic charm. Our home is an elegantly appointed, one bedroom apartment with very high ceilings and tons of light. One enters from the street into the spacious parlor through classic, shuttered glass doors. The parlor opens into a hallway, which has a well-stocked kitchen on the left and full bathroom on the right. Through the hallway is the bedroom, which opens to a lovely shared courtyard, perfect for your morning coffee. Wind down in the evening with a netflix movie on our apple TV. Guest access Guests are welcome throughout the entire home. The courtyard is there to be enjoyed, with consideration for the space and our neighbors whom we share the courtyard with. Other things to note Our building is a small group of private condos that takes good care of our property to create a quiet and calm oasis away from all the wild nightlife this city has to offer. Our apartment, the whole building, is not a party kind of place. While we are just steps off of Bourbon and all the hot nightlife here, our building remains quiet and peaceful. If a party spot is what you are looking for, there are plenty of great options out there, but this isn't it.
