Built with upgrades such as Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, patio doors with internal adjustable blinds, this 2 bedroom free standing home will comfortably sleep 6. You have the whole home, no noisy upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The living space is open and airy, the large Smart TV is visible from both kitchen and living area, and each bedroom has a Smart TV. The 2 bedrooms are large with closets and plenty of light. Ceiling fans in every room help keep you cool along with AC. Sunrises from your private deck and sunsets through the west facing windows. Friday night fireworks are also enjoyed from the deck. Bed linens and towels may be rented for an additional charge. Guest access Patio, outdoor shower and grill are common areas. Please be mindful of others and clean up after yourself. Access to this home is through the white gates to the left side of the main house, accessed by staircase to coded front patio doors. Other things to note Master BR has a double platform bed with storage beneath. There is a large armoire for storage. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk with storage beneath and a large aŕmoire. The living area has futon. There is a full kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs. Large screen TV ànd comfy futon finish the inside. Private deck from where you can see the sunrise, outdoor dining set, use of grill and outdoor shower, all to enhance your getaway. There is no smoking of anything anywhere on our property. Please adhere to this, as breaking this rule will, sadly, lead to immediate eviction without return of fees. The kitchen and bedroom windows offer beautiful views of the sunset on the bay.
