This cozy 2 bedroom unit has a living room, bathroom, laundry room and kitchen / dining room. Smoking inside is not permitted. However, there is a private outside seating area where smoking is permitted. -The apartment is heated with a private thermostat for your comfort. -Air conditioning is provided from May 15 to September 30. - Beach chairs are provided from May 1 to September 30. - Heat is provided from October 1 to April 30 as per city ordinance. Guest access There is a private entrance for this apartment on the ground floor located on the left side of the house behind the brown gate. There is an outdoor seating area outside of the entrance. Smoking is permitted in this outdoor seating area. Pets are also allowed to roam freely here provided gates are kept closed. Other things to note -"House Rules" are posted on the wall in the laundry area. - In order book with us an actual photo of the guest must be provided and seen on your booking picture. Characatures, blank photos or cartoon pictures are not acceptable. Failure to supply an actual photo will result in a cancellation. -"Where Things Are" are pages posted on the wall in the laundry area . It explains where things are located in the apartment including the WIFI name and password . -Parking rules are actively enforced. Do not park in front of driveways, in driveways or on yellow marked areas. It is the guests responsibility to read street signs for legal parking and street cleaning times. - Air conditioning is provided from May 15 to September 30.
