Post and beam house with cathedral ceilings on Lake Rohunta's North Basin. The house was built in 1990 and it is an Acorn/Deck house. It sits on 1 acre of land on Lake Rohunta's North Basin. You will have access to the whole house, the whole yard, direct access to the lake and the boats/kayaks too. I am usually a half-hour away and accessible by phone, text or email if you have a question. I am sometimes at the house when guests arrive to give a quick tour and answer any questions but I never am there during guests stay unless they ask me to come and fix something. The house is within a few miles of grocery stores, restaurants, a Walmart etc. There is no public transportation and Uber and Lyft cars are not always available. I've had complaints from neighbors if people are loud. I feel that after 10 pm it should be quiet outside.
