It sits on 1 acre of land on Lake Rohunta's North Basin. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, the whole yard, direct access to the lake and the boats/kayaks too. Other things to note I've had complaints from neighbors if people are loud. I feel that after 10 pm it should be quiet outside.
