Historic Bordello Room

Sleep in a rare piece of history from New Orleans former Red light district, Storyville. Get a glimpse of the famous "palaces of sin" by staying in this romantic room. Please note that the bed in this room is antique and retains its historic dimensions. The bed is as wide as a modern queen, but considerably shorter. You must be well under 6' tall to be comfortable in this bed. Folks with a smaller build tend to be more comfortable as the bed its built as an alcove, meaning one way in and out. The space The Bordello Room is located on the second floor, with a private entrance. The famous bed maintains its original historic dimensions. Please note that the bed is as wide as a modern queen size bed, but is shorter. If you are on the tall side (you should be under six feet tall ) this room is not a great choice for you. The room is full of period antiques and does have a private bathroom. There is a mini fridge & a coffee pot in the room. Guest access Guests are welcome on the fist floor of the main house and courtyard. During your stay Please feel free to come on in the main house and get to know me. I love people and have a lot of helpful information that you may find handy while you're in the city. Everything from restaurants, shopping, music venues and must not miss historic sites.
