The space This second-floor unit has one bedroom, featuring one full-sized bed, as well as a sofa bed. The kitchen has been recently renovated is fully equipped with stylish granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen. Living space has two large windows, letting in plenty of natural light, as well as a comfortable couch and a flat-screen television. A parking space can be rented for $15 per night. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. There is a $100 lock out fee.
