MASTER BEDROOM In the master bedroom, you'll find a comfortable King-size bed with a memory foam mattress and a roomy closet. GUEST BEDROOM The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress. The adjacent guest bathroom is accessed through the hallway as well as through the room. OPEN SPACE LIVING AREA In the living area, you'll find beautiful brick walls, modern chandeliers, and large windows that offer stunning city views. This space includes a dining area that seats four, a comfortable sitting area, and a 55" smart TV that's perfect for streaming your favorite shows from Amazon, Netflix, or any other streaming account. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinetry, beautiful marble countertops, a stainless steel gas range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a filtered ice maker. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT It may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee, but this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, we offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests to utilize. PARKING We do not have onsite parking due to our central location in the city. However, there are several options available for parking: 1- Metered parking is available with a 2-hour limit between 7 AM and 7 PM, and overnight street parking is free with no limitations between 7 PM and 7 AM. Please keep in mind of street signs to make sure you are parking in allowed areas. 2- If you prefer a parking lot or garage, there are 12 options available throughout the Central Business District area. Many of these are operated by Premium Parking, and we recommend downloading their app to find the best parking option for you. HISTORIC BUILDING Welcome to the Alexandre Building, a unique and historic location with a rich history dating back to the early 1800s. Over the years, it has served as a newspaper manufacturing plant and the original headquarters of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundations. We have taken great care to preserve the building's historical value during its complete renovation, making it an exceptional space that we hope you will appreciate. It's important to note that certain parts of the building require extra care due to their age and significance. Your unit's original windows, front door, and brick walls have been carefully maintained. While the brick has been painted to minimize dust, please be mindful that it may still fall if the walls are touched. Additionally, as with all old windows, some outside street noise may be audible through the sealed-shut windows.
