Hang out on the fully furnished decks, stargaze on the roof deck, or stroll to Wood Neck beach and explore the marsh. The space This Mid Century Modern open concept home has a newly renovated kitchen, newly furnished dining, and lounge areas located on the second floor. Also on the second floor is a full-size bathroom and a large primary bedroom that leads out to the second-floor deck. Multiple outdoor spaces are perfect for entertaining- stretch out on the main-floor deck and fire up the barbeque and enjoy your meals and ocean breezes on the second-floor deck. Sip sunset cocktails and then star gazing on the roof deck. The third-floor loft has a workspace overlooking the tree canopy and a daybed perfect for reading or napping. There are 2 bedrooms, a full-size bathroom, and laundry located on the first floor. Guest access Guests have access to the full home. There is a first-floor utility workroom that is for owner use only. Other things to note We provide sheets, bedding, shower towels, outdoor grill, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is 1 smart TV in the lounge with cable and access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other subscription services. There is a strong Wifi that supports multiple devices throughout the house. House has multiple levels and is located on a hill with a steep driveway. The stairs and the driveway may be unsuitable for some guest. We suggest bringing sunscreen, additional beach chairs, after-sun lotion, and beach toys. Garbage pick up is Monday AM. We ask that you take the bins to the end of the drive Sunday night. Recycling pick-up is every other week. We will give you a reminder
