Visit the resident hens who provide tasty eggs for our guests, or visit the silly goats located at the back end of the property. Host lives on site in the main house and available 24/7 if needed. Host also takes care of all lawn maintenance and watering of plants at The Grotto on a regular basis. We do our best to notify guests in advance. The Grotto is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes by car from downtown Hamilton, within walking distance to the Bitterroot River and a short drive to Blodgett Canyon which has lovely hiking trails. Great location for getting to Lake Como, Darby, Lost Trail ski and recreational area, and surrounding areas as well. A short 5 minute drive into town or if you're feeling adventurous, a nice walk. Boating day trip on Lake Como with lunch available (weather permitting) for an additional fee.
