Part of “The Pagodas” condo community in the North Truro Historic District. Quick ride to Provincetown dining and galleries & a free seasonal shuttle stops right out front. Ideal for a couple or small group. The space Layout: Bright studio surrounded by glass on two sides, opening to a wraparound deck with bar-height seating for sunset views of the bay and Pilgrim Monument. Sleeping: Queen bed + full-size pull-out sofa (Its a little bit smaller than a full, but larger than a Twin) Kitchenette: Refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker; great for light meals (no oven/dishwasher). Floor/Access: 3rd-floor walk-up (no elevator). Best access via the upper parking lot: drive past the first lot, up the paved incline, then stairs to the third floor. Parking: On-site private parking. Beach: Quiet bay beach directly across the street; ocean/surf beaches in nearby Wellfleet and the Cape Cod National Seashore. Guest access Guests have full, private use of the studio and deck. The property also offers shared outdoor grills (if one station is out of propane, try another and let us know). Other things to note Bring your own linens & towels: • Queen sheet set (bed) • Full sheet set (sofa) • Bath & beach towels Quiet hours: Please keep noise low after 10 PM, this is a friendly community of owners and vacationers. Stairs: Third-floor walk-up; not well-suited for guests with mobility limitations. Rideshare: Service can be spotty on the Outer Cape (e.g., rides back from Beachcomber). Local cabs operate but can be pricey. Shuttle: A seasonal shuttle stops right in front of the property (inbound to Provincetown on the property side; outbound toward the Lower Cape on the opposite side).
