It is safe and quiet, yet only steps away from everything Montclair has to offer including restaurants, coffee shops, cute boutiques, supermarkets, parks, bus/train station etc. It is only a 35 mins drive to NYC and an hour commute with public transportation. Our space is great for couples and business travelers. We would be more than happy to welcome you to our space! The space This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy queen size bed, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, great closet space and clean sheets and towels. In our space, you will have everything you need for a comfortable and happy stay – if you don’t, just ask! Other things to note We have parking available in our property overnight, only from 8 pm to 8 am. During the day, you can find on-street parking for 2 hours or 4 hours, depending on where you park. The immediate streets surrounding our property, Northview Ave and Bellevue Ave, have 2 hours parking. Cooper Avenue, which is a street down from the property, has 4 hours parking. The reason we have overnight parking only is because this property is located in a business district, therefore most of the off-street parking is reserved during the day. Additionally, on-street overnight parking for guests in Montclair is not allowed. No Parties of any sort allowed .
