Great little studio, located directly on Old King's Highway with private entrance. Close to Yarmouth Port & Barnstable Village. The host is available by cell phone. Enjoy coffee on the patio, walk to single-lane bridge & enjoy views of Barnstable Harbor, or drop in a fishing line. Another favorite summer spot is ice cream at the historic Hallet's in Yarmouth Port. This studio is the postcard spot in Cape Cod. Come and enjoy the Cape with us! Best suited for 2 adults & 2 kids = (450 sq ft) The space The Herbflat is a 450 sq ft suite perfect for a family with two young kids. We have off-street parking and are within walking distance of Leonessa Italian, Inaho Sushi, and Hallet's Ice Cream. We are a 1.3-mile walk to Millway Beach for a whale watch cruise and Barnstable Village shops. A 1-mile walk to Long Pasture Audobon Center and beach to entertain the kids and hike quietly along the trails. Guest access Guests use the front driveway exclusively. The entrance to the guest Herbflat is on the right side of the house from their own slate patio. The large cedar-shingled 3-story house is located on the corner of Ryder Lane and 4352 Old Kings Hwy. Other things to note We welcome pets with an emailed copy of their shot record and a one time fee of $50.00 paid directly to the host.
