Well maintained home, centrally located and within walking distance from the center of town, great restaurants, retail shops, food stores and the Washington Street mall. The beach is just 12 blocks away which makes for an enjoyable bike ride. The large driveway offers plenty of parking. During the summer season, the home is available by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2 pm and check out-time is 10am. Throughout the rest of the year, shorter duration stays are available. All 4 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. There are decks in the front and rear of the house allow for a relaxing morning coffee or afternoon drinks after a fun day at the beach. The rear deck is screened. Outdoor space includes a dining patio and elevated fire pit with seating area. The open first floor concept provides a great space for everyone to spend time together and the upstairs den/tv room gives the younger ones a space of there own. Our guest have full access to the house both inside and outside. Two closets are dedicated for the owners use. Since parking at the house is ample, use of your car is certainly an option . For those wanting an alternative mode of transportation, golf cart and bike rental stores are just down the street. Pillows and blankets are provided but guest will need to have their own linens and towels. There are businesses, such as linenladies.com, which provide them. For guests with infants, there is a full size crib and mattress, a portable crib with mattress pad, jogging stroller and high chair.
