Private boat launch is 2 houses down for anyone with a boat. Very convenient. You will have access to the entire house and the boathouse where you can fish off of the dock, sunbathe, or swim. There is great fishing off the dock. Great for any fisherman coming to fish the lake or a family looking for a quiet getaway. No pets allowed Guest access Boat house is available for fishing, but the boat lift is not available for guests to use. Other things to note No pets allowed! Cameras are on the property!
