Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Low Tide Suite is located on the first floor of the home, which provides easy access for guests traveling with kids or older guests that prefer not to do many steps. With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this modern minimalist space is a great place to call home for your beach vacation! Easily walkable to Positively 4th St. for coffee, Annie's Carousel for ice cream, the farmers market on summer Wednesdays, and the shops downtown on Asbury Ave., there is something for everyone to easily enjoy! This property is in the perfect part of town as you are close to everything but the neighborhood is quiet. Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day. Beach tags are provided for your stay! Guest access Please note that this property does not host guests under the age of 21. Any guests, or parents of guests that book on behalf of their child for senior week, will be asked to show an ID upon arrival. If guests are not 21 or older, they will be asked to leave without a refund. Supervised children, traveling with family, are more than welcome! There is a maximum of 6 guests on the property, including infants. The house/yard should not be used as a place to gather, with more than 6 people at any given time. Any guests not on the reservation will be asked to leave. This property is not pet friendly. If guests bring a pet to the property, they will be asked to leave without a refund.
