Rental unit in Hadley

This house was built in 1776. I have been renovating it for the last year, and am finally able to offer the first floor apartment! The rooms are large, the ceilings high, the windows tall, letting in lots of natural light. Located on the town common, my house is close to town and shopping. It is right next to the bike trail, and a short, leafy stroll to a beautiful hike along the Connecticut River. Everything is brand new. The space I have furnished the house with those who need to work from home in mind. There are several spaces where the group can congregate to work together, as well as small private workstations in each room. There are plenty of electrical outlets. Lots of natural light.
