You'll enter into the living room with the kitchen on your right and dining area in front of kitchen and off the side of the living room. Through the kitchen you'll find the stairs to the loft to your right and the game room straight ahead. Past the stairs down the hall to the right you'll find the main bathroom (with full tub and shower) and two bedrooms. On your left is the room with 1 with king bed, to your right is a room with a twin bed. - Loft (2nd floor): Staircase leads up to an open, large room with 1 queen and 1 futon queen (each bed is separated by a non-enclosed wall). Half-bath in loft. - Den: Accessible by using separate entrance located at the lake level (you exist the 1st floor either through the front door and down the driveway or the side door and down the outdoor spiral staircase). Inside you'll find a large 'studio style' room with King bed that we can convert to 2 twins upon request, twin size sleeper sofa, full kitchen, full bath with shower, and a washer/dryer. Note: Our next door neighbors have two friendly labrador retrievers that may come on property to say hello! Water depth at end of dock is 5-6ft: no diving. No lifeguard. Parking area with spaces for 4 cars; side driveway for unloading (space shared with neighbor) Available by phone, text, or email. Home is on a walkable, dead end street. Parking for 4 cars (5 if squeezed, 6 if you block in others). You can unload your items using the driveway shared with neighbor.
