The Carriage House building is located 1/2 block to the beach and two blocks to the center of the historic downtown. It offers two individual apartments, each with two floors of living space. Apartment "B" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat. The space Carriage House Apartment B: Carriage House Apartment B, offers two floors of living space with a lovely, 28 foot shared side porch. The first floor has a living room with a queen sized Murphy bed, LCD/TV, DVD, dining area and complete kitchen. The second floor, via a spiral staircase, has a large bedroom with a queen sized bed, LCD/TV, DVD and full bath. It is complemented by a private balcony, just for two, outside of the master bedroom. A desk/workspace is provided in the bedroom. There is also an electric fireplace on each floor. Pricing is for double occupancy (2 people), although each apartment can accommodate 4 people (children welcome). Nightly charge is $50 for each additional guest. This unit is rented similar to a condominium. Guests will bring their own Queen-sized sheets/pillowcases and towels for bath/beach/kitchen. This will help to provide an additional level of sanitation. If this is not an option, we offer new sets of sheets for sale at our cost. The apartment provides pillows, mattress pads, blankets and comforters. The apartment has central air and heat for your seasonal comfort. Minimum stays are required. On-site parking is available for $25/day for either an SUV or sedan, trucks $35. Some free street parking is available in designated areas, otherwise metered. Guest access Guests will have private access to their apartment and porch area. There is also a full outdoor bath house for after the beach and a clothesline for wet towels and bathing suits to the rear of the property.
