In addition to the beaches, Abbie Homes Estate, local breweries, wineries, and golf courses are within minutes of the Shore Cottage. Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, kick back and experience all that the shore has to offer. The space There is a private entrance and off-street parking. The Shore Cottage has a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights, one large bedroom with brand-new floors, a full bathroom (shower only), and a sizable eat-in kitchen. There is air conditioning, access to Wi-Fi and a Smart TVs in the living and bedroom with premium channels like Hulu, Netflix, HBO, etc. The kitchen has dinnerware for 4, cookware and a Keurig coffee maker/mugs. Enjoy the beach with two beach chairs and towels provided. There is also an outdoor seating area for 2 in the back yard to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or wine at sunset. The neighborhood is family friendly, quiet and perfect for walks. The Shore Cottage ideally accommodates 2 adults, but a queen size air mattress can be provided at an additional charge. Separated by a breezeway from the main house, the cottage is a private space for guests on a beautiful, wooded property.
