Waterviews of Sandy Hook & river! Save the cost of a beach pass & walk/bike over the bridge in 15 min! Less than 5 min drive from beach. Across street: a park w/ playground & seats to enjoy boats. Walking distance to restaurants! Less than 5 min drive to Sandy Hook & free beaches (ask me where)! *Blankets NOT provided- pls bring your own. This is my home so it has personal belongings. If you want an empty house, this is not it. There is some closet space/drawers. Wifi on 1st floor only. The space 1st fl: Dining rm, br, small kitchen, living rm. 2nd fl: 2 bedrooms (full bed and queen); full br. 3rd fl: queen bed, balcony. Add’l room on 3rd fl: tv, sofa. 15 minute walk to Sandy Hook over the bridge (if you walk there it is free, otherwise it is $20 per car). Guest access Guests cannot use the washer and dryer or the 3rd floor shower (because I haven't put in a shower door as of yet). Grill is not for use. Other things to note When you are making an inquiry or a reservation, please send me a message with the TOTAL number of guests. For example, if you are making a reservation for 5 people, you have to select 5 guests and not just 1. Please let me know how many males and females and the ages of everyone when you book- send me a message. *Blankets are NOT provided- so please bring your own blanket. Bed sheets and pillows will be on the bed. *This is my home so it has personal belongings. If you prefer an empty house, this is not it. I have nice beach decor and I make sure to leave some closet space and drawers are empty. As this is a townhouse, please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise down. No parties. There is a bar next door where you can go. There is a fee for each pet of $50 each. I only allow HYPOALLERGENIC dogs (no shedding). tv in living room is a smart tv and there is a tv on 3rd floor. No cable. Digital tv. If you have Netflix it should work. wifi only works on the 1st floor
