Maui Ka’anapali Villa unit 108 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the ground floor in the Aloha Tower and offers central A/C, lush garden views, and convenient ground-floor access. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. The space The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and its own flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom comes equipped with a unique walk-in shower with textured glass walls and a single-sink vanity. The guest bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a queen-size bed. The other bathroom, located next to the guest bedroom, is adorned with gold finishings and a textured glass divider wall in the tub/shower combo. The kitchen comes fully equipped so that you can prepare some of your favorite meals and dine in. As you step into the open-concept living room there is a brand new couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Come and enjoy the 600-thread count sheets and natural light that both bedrooms have to offer. Sit out on the new patio furniture and enjoy the Maui atmosphere, with the double sliding doors will open your senses to the sounds of tropical bird callings, and gentle Maui breezes. Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day. Maui Ka’anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, a convenience store, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center. Other things to note Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
