The Bay House is clean, cozy, and perfect for your getaway! The new indoor Island Waterpark is on the same street only 1 mile away and an easy walk. Set among the beautiful inlets of Atlantic City, just a quick ride away from the casinos, beach, boardwalk, and a short walk to Historic Gardner’s Basin. There are 4 beds, 3 baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. Pets are allowed. Wash/dryer, SMART TVs in every room, Free private parking, and a large yard for outdoor games. The space Our home is simple & clean with a minimalist feel. The home provides many amenities such as comfortable linens, towels, WiFi, full kitchen with all working appliances, washer and dryer, and TV's in every room! Off-street parking is available for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. This house has just been recently updated. We have an entertainment room that has a twin sofa sleeper, its free space to relax indoors, and also a great place to cozy up w/ coffee & a book under the sun. The living room couch has a full-size bed. The other three bedrooms include 1 twin, 1 queen, and 1 king bed; all have brand new memory foam mattresses with new linen. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a private access luxury bathroom w/ a luxury standing shower, & ceiling fan. The two remaining bathrooms have two full size bath-tubs. Two bathrooms have built in color-changing LED lights w/ Bluetooth speakers integrated. All showers have great water pressure and well heated water. There is a full kitchen with all new appliances including a gas stove, range microwave, full-sized Samsung refrigerator, Kureig, & a washer/dryer combo. The kitchen has a small table that expands to 4, and we provide a 6ft table with extra chairs. There are basic kitchen supplies provided such as utensils, pots/pans, coffee/tea, seasonings, & condiments. The living room includes a 50’’ SMART TV and a large soft sectional with a full-size/double bed, matching ottoman and ceiling fan. This space is perfect for a family movie night. There is a boating dock on the opposite side of the street, and the property lot is 7,500 sq ft in total. It has two private driveways w/ additional parking in the rear. There is plenty of room to play any outdoor game in the backyard and have a family barbecue. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the home as well as two private driveways, and private parking in the rear on the property. Other things to note There is a open boating dock directly across the street. Parents with children are advised to pay special attention to prevent accidents. Our property is extremely elevated, has never flooded, and even survived Hurricane Sandy. However, we are surrounded by water, and do not advise booking when a major storm is in the forecast for South Jersey. MUST BE 23 OR OLDER TO BOOK OUR HOUSE. NO LOCAL RESIDENTS OF ATLANTIC COUNTY. Driveway Parking for one car. Free on-street parking is available. The home is equipped with WIFI and protected by exterior camera security. There is a keypad for entry into the home. You will be provided with the code for the door by your host on the day of check in. The home has stairs. There are stairs to enter, stairs to access the backyard. * Please be advised the property is very busy with guests and we do our best to upkeep and maintain the overall appearance, but minimal signs of wear and tear or wall markings may be present. Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price. Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
