The home is in Milton ma , The home is close to transit red line which takes you to Boston downtown . The house is a duplex and has ample parking , your side has 4 bedrooms and a large tiled shower. Their is a half bathroom on first floor. The kitchen has been remodeled and is totally stocked with all the essentials. The home is within a short distance to both 93/95 and 128. Location location . Enjoy the day in the city but retire to the suburbs. The home is close to Boston . Sleeps 6- 8. The space The place is just a jump to Boston and gives easy access to transit to downtown . 493 is totally dedicated to the guest , with separate entrances and basement washer/dryer. I have added a half bathroom on first floor, and added a wall to access third floor bedrooms to create privacy. Feel free to enjoy patio and grill outside. The playground out-front is to use by guests and children. Guest access The place has washer and dryer in basement which is your dedicated space. The driveway was expanded using crushed stone pull up to sign will give you additional parking spaces. Other things to note I’m the owner and live in 495 , I’m the only occupant and generally busy but accessible to the traveler if assistance is needed. The home is 20 min to downtown Boston via car and close to highway access. Mini splits added for additional ac and heating needs, the controllers are mounted on wall, all controllers control any of the units.
