This spacious private In-law Suite is located within a luxurious home and features a furnished Living room, complete kitchen, a master bedroom and bathroom, and a second bedroom. There is also a patio with an outdoor shower. It is located on the North end of Brigantine Island in a quiet & safe residential neighborhood. Nearby you will find the Brigantine golf course and beach (1 mile). Just over the bridge is an abundance of Casinos with various entertainment and numerous restaurants. The space You have exclusive use of a living room, kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, & kuerig coffee machine), master bedroom with a master bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom. Approximately 1200 sqft of living space. The Master Bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and sitting area. It also includes a large screen television. A large walk-in closet allows you a comfortable area to put away your suitcase(s) and clothes. Connected to your room is a private master bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom is located across the hall and has a comfortable queen & full size bed with a television & desk. Clean bed and towel linens are provided. Basic kitchenware is provided. Guest access Upon confirmed booking you will receive a security code to self-check yourself in through a private entrance. Access is gained through a private entrance in the rear of the property. Your area is not shared and is for your exclusive use. There is one parking space available in the driveway (if your vehicle does not leak oil). Facing the house you can park on the far right side to allow ingress egress into the garage by the host/owner who lives on the 2nd & 3rd floor. On the right side of the house is a white gate which can be open by the black button. Walk through and straight back on the pathway, turn left and up a short staircase to your entrance. Other things to note No other guests will be sharing the space. I may enter the living room area to stock the coffee or complete a turndown service during a reasonable hour when you are out (generally for weekly bookings) if I am in town. Although peak times are during the summer do not rule out our Community during the winter. With summer crowds gone, this is a perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway; no restaurant lines, entertainment runs throughout the year in Atlantic City; A beautiful Christmas environment in the Tropicana Casino, and even a brisk walk on the beach are things you can enjoy! If your looking for a large private space with luxurious sleeping comfort, this is ideal (more than 1200 sq ft; comparable to a Casino Penthouse). I attempt to keep the “Total” price less than Casino/large hotel offerings. Casinos have various add on charges and many have parking fees ranging from $10-25 depending on season & events.
