Welcome to Salty Sandpiper Cottage We are Dog Friendly -$20/night pay after reservations are made. (no other pets allowed) ✅This “tiny” cottage is 450 sq ft.- 1/2 mile walk to South Shore Beaches. *Cozy Cape Cod cottage tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, located in South Yarmouth near Nantucket Sound beaches, Bass River and Route 28/Main Street. Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream, bakeries, bike trails & 4 ocean beaches. ✅There is another cottage on the premises The space **2 Night Minimum off season **3 Night Minimum beginning at the end of June through July, August & beginning of September ** -Newly Renovated kitchen with Quartz countertop. The cottage interior is all newly renovated. - Outdoor patio has a table and 4 chairs for dining; a Weber gas grill; and outdoor furniture with a propane fire pit ✅Pet Fee for your dog - $20 dog fee per night - 1 dog maximum ✅We keep rates low by you bringing your own sheets and towels - 🔹Please bring your own towels and sheets (1 queen set & 2 twin sets); 🔹or we can provide towels and sheets for a $75.00 fee. Our cottage is in a great location on Mid-Cape, close to the beaches, ice cream, mini golf, arcade, batting cages, etc. Our yard abuts up to the Crowell Marsh which is protected and has abundant wildlife. Guest access Inside the cottage and outside in the yard. Propane gas fire-pit Weber gas grill Private: There is an owner's closet inside the cottage that is our personal closet. The shed and second cottage are not for guests' use. Thank you. Other things to note -Please do not smoke or vape in the house. -Please bring your own linens and towels. If you are not able to bring your own, we can supply them for an additional $75.00 charge. - Pet Fee for your dog - $20 per night - 1 dog maximum; no other pets allowed. -There is a Weber gas grill and gas fire pit on the patio. Please turn the propane tanks off when not using. - Guest making reservations must be at least 25 y/o and must stay at cottage and not make reservations for another party. Sorry, we do not rent to students. -Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture. -Please clean up after your dog (inside and outside) -During the cooler months, we provide space heaters for the bedrooms. Please do not leave them on when not using the bedrooms. Please make sure they are turned off when you leave the cottage. Our split unit in the living space keeps the cottage warm. Although, during the evening while sleeping, you may want to use the space heaters for extra warmth in the bedrooms. -No Parties -Please leave our cottage the way you found it - neat & tidy ---The cottage next door is also a short term rental. Please be considerate towards the other guests by keeping noise down and using the space provided for you. There are separate patios and driveways for each cottage.---
