Stay in our single family home in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Comfortable, spacious accommodation, less than 1 mile from river - fishing, beach, boat and float access. Reach out and touch the mountains!! Totally peaceful home only 20 minutes from bustling Missoula. The space Our home is at the top of the circle, in a quiet neighborhood. Just the right distance to Rt 93 balancing accessibility and serenity. Walk into the door and into the huge open living area with newly remodeled kitchen. The large sectional couch and bean bag chairs make a cozy living room. Bathroom and bedrooms are just down the hallway, the main bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is an office room with a small desk, perfect for remote working. Central air makes it most comfortable in the sumer months, perfect for the remote worker's getaway! There is a large fenced in back yard area with a huge deck, we have a few folding chairs in the garage that are accessible for guests to enjoy the sun and looking over the Sapphire mountains. There is a portable grill that is availible for use in the back yard. Weekly discounts!! Please note, we don't have a TV, we have the MOUNTAINS! We also do not allow sleeping on the couches in order to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Guest access We actively use our home, so this may not be a normal type Airbnb. We have clothes in the closets and food in the cabinets and we ask for your respect of our belongings. The garage is inaccessable by guests. We have a pay-it-forward policy. If you find yourself in need, there is usually a frozen pizza in the fridge and some dry food - we ask that you respect this and ensure the courtesy is available to all. None of this is provided to you as part of your Airbnb payment. Please do not take without giving back. If you use it, replace it with like quality. We do have a washer and drier and we understand that for longer stays it's a huge convenience. Use them if you must but please be reasonable. We like the outdoors!!! There is a cooler and some camp chairs that you can take on your day trips. We have some bear spray cans that you can borrow but please remember to put it all back once you return from your adventures! The yard is huge and relaxing but we do not maintain the grass very frequently so it usually gets a bit long. The driveway is plowed by a neighbor in the winter. There is a shovel in the garage for the front steps. Other things to note Our listing has been off the market for a while, we had a neighbor staying here after they had a house fire. We're back in full swing now! We live an active lifestyle and the way we've furnished our home reflects that. We find ourselves outside more than inside when we're in the Bitterroot so we don't put a huge emphasis on filling our home with decor. We do want to be as accommodating as possible so if you feel uncomfortable in any way, we'll make it right. Once again; this house has no TV! But plenty of WiFi. If you bring some items to better suit your needs, please take them with you at the end of your stay. Thank you!
