This is a guest house on the same lot as the owners, so pride of ownership abounds. It was originally built for the owners' parents and is universally accessible including extra wide doors, fully accessible kitchen and roll-in shower. Other things to note This unit is pet free. It is your right to bring a Service Animal. But, please be aware that if you do, you risk the health, and sometimes the lives, of subsequent guests who have life-threatening allergies to animals.
