The space Enter down a long stone driveway, and over a bridge, to a private driveway for guests. This 2BR apartment Is the prettiest of the two Apartments in a large vintage farmhouse sitting upon a hilltop overlooking a field and lake. Enjoy the generous living space with original parquet floors, plaster walls, high ceilings, and lots of windows to the lake & woodland views. There are wonderful local restaurants, as well as plenty of cooking equipment in the kitchenette to heat or prepare a meal, including a Coleman Grill & Griddle combo. **Please note this is not a full kitchen. *The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, breakfast items, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, and a convection oven with a burner. The server is well equipped with composting dishware and cutlery, along with other food preparation ware. An additional 1/2 bathroom has items to clean up dishes. Guest access Guests will have access to the property walking trails, streams, and fields. There is a Fire-pit in the back of the home off the covered porch. Please ask for supplies to purchase. This is the Most Beautiful Space in the Main home of the property, which sits up on a hill overlooking the fields and lake. There is a woodland-view bedroom. This private space Includes a spacious living room with parquet floors, books and games, a spacious covered porch, as well as a patio with the most gorgeous views of the property. The kitchenette has a good size mini refrigerator with a freezer, convection oven with burner outside, microwave, coffee maker, griddle and Coleman grill, breakfast items, and all supplies, etc. Other things to note Our driveway is long and sometimes bumpy from storms, so please take caution approaching and drive slowly. 4 Wheel and good Front Wheel is needed during heavy snow. We clear the walkways from snow and ice as best we can, but the farm has a lot of land & walkways, so please take caution; bring boots in weather and slippers for the house; boot tray is provided.
