The space Private condo ground level. 2 bedroom (one queen, 1 twin) and 1 bathroom , fully furnished. 546 sq ft. Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, keurig, oven and stove top. All cooking utensils, plates and glasses included. there are two 40 inch 4kUHD tv's. 2 beach chairs and towels will be available to use. Wifi included so you can watch any of you streaming apps on tv. ****Please Bring your own K-cups . Washer and dryer in bedroom. ***Please bring your own detergent. There is a security camera on the outside premises for safety and liability concerns. Guest access Guest will only use parking spot with the #2 ONLY! There are two #2 Spots available. There is 1 security camera at the entrance of the unit. These are for security purposes, and are not there for the purpose of judging the activity of the guests. Intentionally covering the cameras will be grounds for cancellation/eviction. Please do not have marijuana in our unit. If our unit smells after your stay you will be responsible for any additional charges to get the smell out! this is your only warning!
