The kids have their own space at our family friendly home with a sunroom playground with a toy corner, books and a Smart TV ready for gaming AND an adventure-ready backyard featuring a playhouse and sandbox. Relax on the front porch or grill on the patio while the kids enjoy the fenced yard. A seaside escape like no other! The space You will love the open concept feel of our home and outdoor space to relax and enjoy with your family. We have made every effort to make this a home away from home for our family and yours! Amenities: ☀️ Sheets and linens are NOT included. You must bring your own. BEDS: King, Queen, Twin over Twin bunk, 2 Twins, Full, Twin Daybed with twin trundle in sunroom. ☀️ Main bathroom with shower/tub combo. ☀️ 2nd bathroom with shower stall. ☀️Towels and toiletries are NOT provided. You must bring your own, including bath mats and kitchen towels. ☀️ Hair dryer and iron. ☀️Luggage racks and closets with hangers. Kitchen Essentials: ☀️Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, stove, convection microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. ☀️You must bring your own dish soap. paper towels and other kitchen necessities. ☀️ Flat screen TV for streaming ☀️High-speed WIFI ☀️Beach chairs Guest access With the exception of the owner's cabinets, the whole house is yours. Please make yourself at home but please treat our house as you would your own. We have spent a lot of time and money to make this our, and hopefully your, happy place! It is all one level living, making it perfect for older guests and multi-generational families. Other things to note *This home does NOT provide sheets, bath or beach towels, but does have comforters and pillows. If our cleaning person's schedule allows, she can provide linens for $60-$85 depending on the size of your group. Please inquire. We allow DOGS under 25 lbs ONLY. We have original pine floors which will scratch with a heavier animals nails for which you will be responsible. You MUST clean up after your dog and they are NOT allowed on the furniture. Limit 2 dogs. $100 per pet non-refundable fee for your stay. Please call, text or email us with any questions - obviously we have no control over previous guests moving items around but are always happy to help if there is something you can't locate or need assistance trying to figure out how to use something. The "sofa bed" listed is a single daybed (not an option in their pulldown list) with a pull out trundle and is not included in our bed count. There will be NO refunds for events beyond our control including bad weather, utility outages or other issues affecting the area that we cannot remedy. We can only accommodate up to 2 dogs with a weight limit per dog of 25 pounds. Unfortunately our floors are soft pine and scratch easily.
