Guest access With the exception of the owner's cabinets, the whole house is yours. Please make yourself at home but please treat our house as you would your own. We have spent a lot of time and money to make this our, and hopefully your, happy place! It is all one level living, making it perfect for older guests and multi-generational families. Other things to note Important House Notes Linens & Towels This home does not provide sheets, bath towels, or beach towels. Comforters and pillows are provided. Depending on our cleaner’s schedule, linen service may be available for an additional fee of $60–$85, based on the size of your group. Please inquire before your stay if you are interested. Dogs We welcome up to 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per dog. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate larger dogs because the home has original soft pine floors that scratch easily. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture, and guests are required to clean up after their pets both inside and outside the home. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches to the floors. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per dog applies for the stay. Daybed / Trundle Note The “sofa bed” listed is actually a single daybed with a pull-out twin trundle. Airbnb does not offer this as a pull-down option. This sleeping area is located in the sunroom and is not included in the main bed count but offers our guests flexibility in sleeping arrangements. Occasionally, previous guests may move items around, but we are always happy to help if you cannot find something or need assistance figuring out how to use anything in the home. Weather, Utilities & Area-Wide Issues We are unable to offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including bad weather, utility outages, or area-wide issues that we are not able to remedy. Please consider travel insurance for such incidences including illness or other circumstances that might prevent you from travelling.
