There is a pool area, but it is not below your lanai. There is a street but it is exactly on the opposite side from where you are. The natural breeze between the landscaped inner court yard (with koi pond) and the ocean circulates the air and keeps the place at a very comfortable temperature even without A/C. You will sleep well at night, as it is never as hot as in nearby Lahaina. The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. They all have high quality mattresses.
