It is located near highways, public transportation, restaurants, Pharmacy, Walmart, shopping centers, parks, and more. Convenient bus stop across the street to go to NYC Port Authority. The space Comfortable, independent apartment with 2 bedrooms: queen size beds each, dresser, mirror, desk, lamps, alarm radio, and iron. A beautiful wood dining room and a comfortable living room with a smart 45 inches TV. WIFI, Disney+ Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pay per view is NOT included, if you order a movie YOU pay it. Kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, pots, utensils, glasses, wine and champagne glasses and private bathroom. Guest access It is a private apartment. Other things to note If needed, we can accommodate another guest in the living room ( I will provide a twin folding bed, sheets, pillows, bed liners for an extra fee of $30.00 per night (maximum 2 people) An unauthorized guest will be charged $100 per night. If the keys are lost, it will be a charge of $25.00
