Clean, bright multi-level townhouse in the heart of Ocean City. Minimum 7 day stay June - mid August. The space UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE RENT TO GROUPS UNDER AGE 25 DUE TO PAST EXPERIENCES. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE. Minimum stay is 2 nights after Labor Day through Memorial Day then it varies. Peak weeks are minimum of 7 nights. Our home is a large townhouse; common areas & bedrooms are spacious. Bedrooms on 3 different levels w/ a great deal off privacy. We say it has relaxed, casual, modern feel w/ just enough beachiness. Guest access Guests have access to anything they find in the house - beach chairs, grill, decks. We want to make the stay as easy as possible for guests. Paper products (like paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, tissues etc) are provided for off non-prime stays. Sheets provided for 2 queens and 4 twins plus bath towels and mats. 6 beach tags for use during stay. Other things to note 1 master bedroom w/ queen bed (3rd level) 1 quasi master bedroom w/ queen bed and full bath just outside door (2nd level) 2 bedrooms with 2 twins beds each (4th level)
