Description

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This property can sleep up to 8 guests in 2 bedrooms with king beds and two sofa sleepers. The building is directly on the sand of one of the best beaches on the island. This property is not in the tourist area and that is why most guests love it. It is away from the busy city. Instead of watching traffic, you will be watching turtles, dolphins, whales in the winter and an occasional stingray or monk seal. The space This condo has 1070 sq ft of indoor living space + a 200 sq ft lanai. Guest access You will have access to the condo, parking and all common areas including the pool, hot tub and bbq areas. Other things to note This part of the island is a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds. We have multimillion dollar homes mixed with lower income housing and unfortunately, some homeless camps. There are camps on the west side because of the great weather, but there are homeless all over the island, especially in the big city. The average price of a home is well over a million dollars here. That prices a lot of people out of paradise. That being said, you are much more likely to be a victim of a crime in Waikiki or at a tourist destination than you would be at the Hawaiian Princess. We are a gated and secure building. Most people leave their lanai doors open 24/7 to let the breeze come in and to hear the sights and sounds of the ocean. Just as an FYI, we live in the area, and we have never had an incident related to the homeless, except maybe someone holding a sign looking for a meal or a couple of dollars.
