Clean, sunny with a large custom table on screened in porch which is attached to gourmet kitchen- great area to watch the bunnies, turkeys, deer. Masters have own TVs and one has private deck. Outdoor shower, outdoor kitwo living rooms, each has a TV. Katama is most requested area - close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Bikes, bike trailer available The space House is modeled after the HGTV 2015 Dream House which is right down the street! Open concept so it’s the perfect house to mingle and make special memories! The new addition to lower level is a mini kitchen, half bath, theatre area and game room with ping pong, Foozeball, many games, toys and puzzles. There’s even a child’s TeePee! Large yard with lots of resident bunnies! Outdoor lawn games included. We also have an area with tree swing, hammock, small pools perfect for small children to play in when not at beach or exploring! House is on a private dirt road, yet 3 minutes (walking) to the bike path to the beach and to Edgartown Center. Air conditioning and W/D Guest access The entire house is for our guests! Three levels - so much space and privacy or family gatherings in great room or huge table on porch! Other things to note Bring own beach towels or use ours - just wash and return!
