Beachfront property just walk onto the beach any time, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Has a full bathroom, kitchen, queen size bed and wide ocean view balcony. Relax on the balcony as you gaze at magical sunsets you will likely spot the sea turtle who lived out front. The beach is limited to only people on our block. The unit has AC and internet. This property is a 2 million dollar property and it looks like it. Very Nice. Build in 2007. Nearby activities range from swimming, snorkeling, surfing, to hiking, polo matches, skydiving, and hang gliding. Outdoor shower for washing off the sand after your activities. All Taxes are up to date and paid. Status of Vacation Rental Legislation on Oahu. The City Council of Oahu signed Bill 41 into law in April 2022. With few exceptions, every bed and breakfast and short term vacation rentals on Oahu that opened since 1989 will be required to rent for 90 days unless they are located in a resort district. However a judge halted the 90 day requirement. A preliminary injunction is in place allowing us to continue to rent for 30 days until the courts final ruling. Bill 41 does give enhanced enforcement tools for the City and County of Honolulu. I can still rent for a period of 30 days regardless of your actual occupancy. Thus, you can book a period of 14 days but no less then 14 days and a 30 day period will be blocked until the courts new ruling is made.this property may not be rented for fewer than 30 consecutive days.
