Located on Sandwich Street across from the historic Training Green, we opened our short-term rental in 2021 and have been renting with 5 star reviews (on another site) since. This first floor apartment has a comfortable living area, fully accommodated kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen, you have peek-a-boo views of the harbor. The location is just a block from the waterfront and yacht club. You are in the heart of down-town Plymouth, without the noise of the bars. This rental has a comfortable living area, fully accommodated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Pictures are as of July, 2024. The cozy bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, a bureau, a closet and a SMART TV with cable. The generous living room has a queen-sized pullout couch and comfy chairs to watch the 54 inch SMART TV and to enjoy the view. In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary items for you to cook in or re-heat a meal from one of Plymouth's amazing restaurants. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishware, cookware, flatware, barware and some pantry items. There are peek-a-boo views of the harbor from the kitchen windows. There are window air conditioners and a ceiling fan to combat the summer heat and humidity. The common backyard has bistro seating and a gas grill. For your comfort, also included are towels, linens, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath soap, a hairdryer and iron. A large capacity washer and dryer are in the basement of the apartment. Conveniently located in downtown Plymouth, Green View 1 is close to restaurants, the Rock, the Mayflower and harbor and is only 2 miles north of Plymouth beach and Plimoth Plantation (recently renamed Plimoth-Pawtuxet). Walk out the door and you will be immersed in history! Other things to note This property is located in Plymouth's cultural district. The home was built in the early 1700s.
