Additionally, the small grassy area located between the shoreline and the pool is State land and is open to public access. If you are seeking a postcard perfect broad white sand swimming beach with sandy bottom, simply hop in your rental car and within minutes you will find no less than a dozen different sandy beaches to choose from. Most all nearby beach parks feature adequate free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables and some are staffed with lifeguards. - Please expect ambient audible noises typically heard in a residential neighborhood from time to time, such as a neighbor hosting a gathering, the voices of children playing, or low volume music playing from a nearby residence. - This home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. - The sandy shoreline in front of the property is open to the public, as are all beaches throughout the State of Hawaii. Additionally, the small grassy area located between the shoreline and the pool is State land and is open to public access. - The 4th bedroom is located in a separate free-standing cottage which is approximately 50 feet from the Main House. - All bathrooms in this home have a shower stall but no bathtub. There is an outdoor shower and a half bath by the pool.
